Cinnamon Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Organic Sugar
- 2 cup Whipping Cream
- 4 sticks Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions:
- Heat milk with cinnamon over medium heat, simmering for 10 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.
- Strain milk and return to pot.
- Heat 1 cup or whipping cream with the milk over low heat until it just reaches a simmer, turn off and set aside.
- In a mixing bow place egg yolks and sugar, either by hand or on low-medium (level 2) mix until well blended.
- While continuing to mix add the seasoned milk and cream mixture.
- Transfer back to the pot and over low heat, with constant stirring, bring back to a simmer, then remove from heat.
- In a 4+ cup container stir all ingredients together, then refrigerate the batter for 24 hours.
- Following the instructions on your ice cream maker. ripen the ice cream in the freezer for another 24 hours.
